Using Twitter To Promote Your Online Business & Even Make Money!

So if you haven’t been living underneath a rock, in a cave, or on the moon, then you probably have heard of Twitter.com right? Well exactly what is Twitter? In brief (according to Wikipedia.com),  “Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author’s profile page and delivered to the author’s subscribers who are known as followers.”

Now you might ask, well what is the point of that? (trust me, I have as well at first). Well Twitter is an easy way to broadcast a short and simple message to your followers without having to spend a lot of time creating a massive profile.  This is perfect for “tweets” such as upcoming events, new program launches, blog updates, etc.. People even use it to just post personal notes such as “just got off of work” or “I just quit my job! Now I want to work from home!”

So how do you make money?? Well there are many benefits in using Twitter to make money: SIMPLE ways I must add. One perfect example is a company called www.RevTwt.com . RevTwt.com pays you to place small ads in your “Tweets” with links to advertisers. Every time someone clicks on the link, you earn money!

Now obviously there are limitations to who you market too by the amount of your Followers, BUT fortunately there are free online tools that help you build your Twitter Profile with a few Simple Clicks.
